Achieving a professional "built-in" look requires precise dimensions. Measure the inner width (W) and inner height (H) of your window recess in three different places to identify any slight variances in your wall.
IMPORTANT: To ensure your blind fits flush and operates without rubbing, you must deduct 5cm from your measured width and height.

Why deduct 5cm?
The 5cm deduction is essential for an Inside Recess Mount. It provides the necessary clearance to ensure the blind fits smoothly into the window reveal without rubbing against the walls or catching during operation.
Will it fit my window?
To achieve a perfect "built-in" flush finish, your window reveal must have a minimum depth of 10cm. This allows the 25mm slats and the headrail to sit entirely within the recess without protruding.
How to control light?
You have total flexibility via two independent systems: use the lift cord to set the height and the tilt wand to adjust the angle of the slats. This allows you to manage light and privacy separately.
What is included?
Everything needed for a professional install: your custom-made Basswood Blind, a matching decorative wooden valance to hide the metal headrail, universal mounting brackets, and all required fixings.
Are they easy to clean?
