Order Confirmation and Cancellations
After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent within 24 Hours an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. This email is your receipt - so don't delete it!
We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary changes.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
-Any order canceled before 24 hours will be charged 10% processing fee.
-Any order canceled after 24 hours, will be a subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
To cancel the order please contact us ASAP. The customer or an individual must accept delivery at least 18 years old that the customer designates to have the authority to sign for the delivery. Damaged products will be replaced. You must notify us immediately (at the time of delivery) and we will arrange an exchange of damaged product. All returned products must be in original condition (not used and with all original packaging material included).
Return / Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returns or exchanges can be made within 48 hours of receiving the product. Exchanged products are subject to a restocking fee of 20% and up to 100% if any original packaging materials have been opened or removed.
All returned products must be in original condition (not used and not installed, with all original packaging material included).
All associated shipping charges when returning or exchanging the product will be paid by customer.
Finishes, color, texture, and graining variations can occur in natural products like leather, wood and stone or print. These are not normally considered imperfections. All colours other than Black & White are bound to have variations in every production line. Color representations on computer screens can be different based on settings and various display technologies. You agree that you cannot dispute the finish, or color or texture or any other physical attribute after taking delivery of a product. All clearance sale items are non-refundable.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
