1. Introduction

This website is operated by Concept Crystal (address: Calle Martí i Codolar 39, 1º 3ª, 08902, Hospitalet de Llobregat, Spain, VAT EU ES-B65656647; email: [email protected]). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders and Prices

All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before checkout. We reserve the right to refuse orders for valid reasons (e.g. pricing error, stock shortage).

3. Payment and Delivery

Payments via secure gateways (Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cards). Delivery: 5–21 business days (USA / Europe). Full shipping details in cart.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU only)

You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without reason (from receipt of goods). Return shipping at your expense. We refund within 14 days. See Return Policies for details.

5. Complaints and Warranty

If the product is not as described, you have warranty rights (2 years under EU Directive 2019/771). Send complaints to [email protected].

6. Personal Data

We process your data according to our Privacy Policy (see Privacy Policy) and GDPR.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses unless caused by our intentional fault. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for technical errors.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. The latest version is always on this page. Continued purchases mean acceptance.

9. Governing Law

Contracts are governed by Spanish law. Disputes resolved in Spanish courts.
